Principal People are currently recruiting an exciting opportunity for a SHEQ & Assurance Advisor to join a fast-growing & dynamic Infrastructure company which has doubled its turnover in the past 12 months and shows no sign of slowing down, this business is truly a success story on an exciting journey. Based in Rainham, you will be pivotal in ensuring the Quality & Assurance functions are implemented, developed and maintained.
This exciting opportunity lends itself well to a professional who is seeking a predominantly office-based position, where you will typically spend 80% of your time and possess a passion for all things Quality & Assurance.

Key responsibilities of this Safety, Health, Environment Quality & Assurance Advisor include: - Developing & Maintaining the business's ISO standards across ISO 9001, ISO14001 & ISO 45001
- Writing & Reviewing RAMS
- Taking ownership of the business's quality function
- Creating & Developing SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Working closely with Project Managers & Head of SHEQ to streamline processes
The successful Safety, Health, Environment, Quality & Assurance Advisor will hold: - Experience in an Infrastructure or Construction Industry
- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent
- IMS Qualification
- Excellent IT skills
- Experience working with software such as Power-BI
- A proven track record in implementing and maintaining ISO Systems
- Full UK Driver's License
